Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how you may cancel or request a refund for any product or service purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  1. Order Cancellations
    Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
    However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if:

    • The order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant listed on the Platform, and

    • The shipping process has been initiated, or

    • The product is already out for delivery.
      In such cases, you may reject the product at the time of delivery.

  2. Perishable Items
    ZOOL VENTURES does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items, including:

    • Flowers

    • Food/eatables

    • Any other perishable goods
      Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the user establishes that the delivered product was of unacceptable quality.

  3. Damaged or Defective Products
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report the issue to our customer service team.
    The request will be processed only after the seller/merchant verifies and confirms the complaint.
    This must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

  4. Product Not as Described
    If you believe the product received is not as displayed on the website or does not meet your expectations, please notify our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
    The team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

  5. Manufacturer Warranty Items
    For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, all issues must be directed to the manufacturer as per the warranty terms.

  6. Refund Timeline
    For refunds approved by ZOOL VENTURES, please note that it may take up to 15 days for the refund amount to be processed and credited to you.
